There are two ways you can connect with Us at Sekolah Monte Sienna for Admission of Your Child.
- Please come and directly talk to our Admission Office for clarity and understanding of the pedagogical practices and ideals that is driving us towards becoming the leading International school in Batam. Our Academic Counsellors will be glad to take you around and explain our practices first hand and also meet the people- our teacher- who make that happen everyday. You will be able to understand first hand the mission of the school being practised, discussed, honed and constantly being developed in the hallways.
- You could fill out the application form on the website and representative will be glad to connect with you and help you progress with the procedures for your child to be a part of The Sekolah Monte Sienna Family and be called a Siennan

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Photocopy of Student’s Birth Certificate or Passport
- Photocopy of Student’s Limited Stay Permit Card or Permanent Stay Permit Card (KITAS/KITAP)
- Photocopy of Family Card (KK)
- Photocopy of Parents’/Guardian’s ID Card or Passport
- Photocopy of Parents’ Limited Stay Permit or Permanent Stay Permit (KITAS/KITAP)
- Photocopy of Student’s Report Card (Last three school years)
- Photocopy of Student’s Certificate (applicable for graduate student only)
- Photocopy of Transfer Letter and National Student ID Card Number (NISN) – applicable for Transfer Student only
- Application and Placement Test Fee
- Guardian Authorisation Letter (if applicable)

Age-Grade Division
We admit children from the year they turn 2, into Playgroup, to the age of 15, into grade 10. Other grades and ages require more consideration and communication between school and parents. Children are taught in grades with children of the same age.
